Assign/Unassign Users to Projects
There are 2 places in the PRC Risk Register you can assign/unassign users to projects. One is in the Create & Edit Users page and the other is in the Manage Projects page. Users can be assigned to multiple projects and be given different user access for each project. Assigning users in the PRC Risk Register is done in a step by step wizard. User access can be assigned for a particular project at that time. When unassigning a user from a project, the system will keep the user in the system but delete any links it has to that particular project.
