User Privileges

By default, everyone in the PRC Risk Register is given ‘Project’ level rights.   ‘Project’ level rights give a person access to the Risk Register section and run project level reports.  ‘Admin’ level rights allow users to create/edit/delete users and projects.  ‘Portfolio’ level rights allow user to see all projects across the enterprise and gives the ability to run portfolio level reports.  The ‘Portfolio’ level also allows you to limit a user’s ability to see all projects or just the ones he/she is assigned to.

 

 

Steps:

  1. Administration | Manage Users | Create & Edit Users
  2. Click Edit User Account
  3. Go to the Privileges sub section and select the access level you want, then click Save.
