The PRC Risk Register video training modules are designed to guide users through the qualitative risk tracking process from the project and portffolio levels.  The training is designed to be combined with our introduction to risk analysis modules to give the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to begin using the product and properly tracking risk immediately.

 

While the training class may not remove the need for consulting, it will allow users to focus their budgets toward process and procedure improvement rather than button click and death by PowerPoint training classes.

     This section will provide an overview how to manage user accounts, projects, and the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS).

     

  • PRC Risk Register: Portfolio Management Section   ( 6 Articles )

     This section will provide an overview how to manage enterprise and business unit level breakdown structures, create templates, run portfolio level reports, and analyze enterprise level risks.

     This section will provide an overview how to import portfolio level templates, edit field names and scoring system.

     This section allows you to import existing registers, search historical data, manage threats, opportunities, and mitigations, and run project level reports.

     The Project Level Reports menu is part of the Risk Register section.  Users can view project information using a dashboard or create their own graphs and reports for further analysis.

     The Portfolio Level Reports menu is part of the Portfolio Management section.  Users can view information across multiple business units by using a dashboard or create their own graphs and reports for further analysis.
